Hello! I'm Cristel (Cristel Marie-Claire), a passionate, dedicated, certified Life Coach committed to empowering women like yourself to reach their highest potential and live a fulfilling life! With years of background in coaching people, as well as seeking to find my inner strength and battle personal demons, I bring a unique blend of expertise, compassion and practical guidance to support you on your journey of personal growth and transformation.
Throughout my life I have experienced the power of self-discovery and personal development. I understand the challenges and setbacks (sometimes major ones) that can keep us from living our best lives, and I have made it my mission to help other women overcome these obstacles and achieve their personal goals. This is what I am for and this is why I founded the Fempower Coaching Club: for you, beautiful women! The Fempower Coaching Club is a community for all women who receive coaching from me (whether it is an online course or 1:1 coaching) and everyone can be themselves! A closed Facebookgroup for you! Born in a happy family with a loving mother and father, no brothers or sisters but with a dog, i had a great youth. I started pianolessons and loved it
I started at the Conservatory of The Hague, Netherlands, when I was 11. This was high school at the Conservatory with Piano (Young Talent class). This was a turbulent time where the teachers were gods and not so child-friendly. But I didn't really care, when I was a teenager, in addition to playing classical music, I also went to house parties!
After the Conservatory of The Hague I went to a private school and from there I took part in a pianocompetition when I was 15 and was invited to study in Utrecht. There I studied for 6 years to become a Teaching Musician and a Performing Musician.
Once I finished studying, I started my own Pianoschool and gave piano concerts throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. My Pianoschool quickly grew into one of the largest private Pianoschools in the Netherlands!
I also had a rich social life.
And then came the difficult years. I got into a toxic relationship where I didn't see the red flags. I ignored myself, stopped seeing my friends and started working less and less in my own company. I still had my Pianoschool and not only helped students with playing the piano but with more in life, and then the demand for coaching outside the piano lessons arose. That's why I took the LifeCoach training and became a certified LifeCoach.
During these difficult years the most beautiful thing in my life ever came: 2 beautiful sweet children.
At a certain point it became survival. And then I started a personal journey: How can I handle this situation and not lose/find myself again? Through music, journaling and self-care, meditation and yoga, I found myself again!
Now, out of the relationship, I can be myself again and I would like to help other women, just like me, with the demons in our lives, to still live a cheerful and positive life! To stand up for ourselves and stand in our own strength!
In 2024 I founded Cristel Coaching and the Fempower Coaching Club!
